Our wedding will be at the majestic Church of the Risen Lord sanctuary in the UP Diliman Campus. This arch shaped structure, designed by Cesar Concio, has been home to many Christians in the University and nearby areas looking for a place to commune with God and a spring to refresh their souls. It is shaped like a parabola and has inspired several interpretations on what could be in the mind of the architect when he thought of its design. The chapel does not contain any unnecessary adornments and the altar is so simple yet elegant.One thing for sure is that once you enter the main sanctuary, you will be able to forget all your worries and experience serenity and peace. It is like feeling the presence of God.
I do hope our family and friends get to experience that on Saturday, our wedding day.
